The eConservannah Conservation Leadership Program is a powerful four-day immersive training experience designed to inspire, equip, and connect Zambians aged 20-45 who are passionate about conservation and environmental leadership.
Despite Zambia’s vast protected areas and rich biodiversity, conservation leadership has too often been externally led. This program aims to shift that paradigm by empowering local talent with the tools, knowledge, and networks needed to drive community-rooted and culturally relevant conservation efforts.
